Use the two reactions to contrast an option you reject with one you prefer. Put the rejected choice beside the upper reaction and the preferred choice beside the lower one.

What to write in each caption

  1. Rejected option: For example, “Editing the same photo ten times”.
  2. Approved option: For example, “Arranging ten photos in one collage”.

These are original example captions to show the structure. Replace them with your own wording in the editor.

Edit this format in ilovecollage

  1. Open the template link above. The editor offers the selected format before changing your current draft.
  2. Choose Use this template, then open Edit captions in the Memes panel.
  3. Replace the numbered captions and adjust their position, size, outline or background. The bundled image uses Fit so its panels remain visible. You can replace it with your own picture.
  4. Use Export to preview and download PNG, JPEG or WebP. Save a .collage project if you want an editable backup.

Make the joke easy to read

Keep the two captions parallel: two activities, two products or two versions of the same idea. A long explanation in only one panel makes the comparison harder to read. Leave the face visible and keep text inside the right-hand panels.

Review at phone size before sharing. The editor does not add a watermark, and editing or exporting does not require an account.

When another format works better

For two choices that are both tempting or difficult, use Two Buttons instead; it communicates a dilemma rather than a clear preference.
